It is with sadness that the passing of Robert D. Wheeler of Scott City, Kansas is shared. Robert, born on June 21, 1941, passed away on August 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Quincy Wheeler and Ressa Conine Wheeler; his siblings, Richard Wheeler, Loretta Wakeland and LouAnn Wheeler; and his granddaughter Reanna Roth.
He is survived by: his wife Neta Wheeler of Scott City; his daughters, Richelle (Richard Roth), Tracy (Mike Hess) and Jacque (Marty Griffey); his siblings, Rodney (Pam Wheeler) and Rhonda (Mike Hudson); and his grandchildren, Realle (Mike Stapeles), Katherine Roth of Larned, Raven Roth of Lakewood, Emily (Andrew Cordasco), Tyler (Kelsey Hess), Bo Hess of Bangkok, Lisa (Brayden Christie), Tawni Griffey of Overland Park and Connor (Viktoria Griffey). He is also survived by Seven Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Price & Sons Funeral Home (401 S Washington St, Scott City, KS 67871). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (803 S College St, Scott City, KS 67871).
