He is survived by: his wife Janie Lara of Scott City; his children, Jennifer (Jamie Morris), Elizabeth Lara-Bruffett, Lilly Lara-Tamayo of Liberal, Debbie Lara-Lopez of Dodge City, Julie Lara-Marquez of Dodge City, Amanda Lara of Garden City, Shantice Lara of Dodge City, John Lara of Scott City, Ray John Lara of Garden City and Johnny Lara of Atwood; and his sisters, Josie Trujillo of Grand Island and Lori Thalacker of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by Twenty-Six Grandchildren, Forty-Four Great Grandchildren.
