He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Proctor; his sister Diana Proctor; his grandson Cody Browning; and his great grandchild Evie Roberts. He is survived by: his mother Delene Proctor (Dodge) of Dighton; his former wife Virginia Coberly (Wilken); his son Zackery Proctor; his granddaughter Olivia Proctor; his children, Jolana (Tim Collins), Wendy Coberly of Scott City, Taney (Josh Browning) and Michael (Felicia Coberly); and his siblings, Danny Proctor of Wichita, Robert Proctor of Dighton and Kristina O'Connell. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Thomas Proctor Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.
