She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Zumbrunn and Elsie Richards Zumbrunn; her daughter Ramona Parsons; and the parents of child, Leo and Elsie.
She is survived by: her former husband Leo N. Arb; her children, DeAnna Starkebaum (Phillip) of Scranton, Dawna Samson (Bob) of Topeka, Janice Gillum of Wichita, Becky Arb (Miguel Farias, Jr.) of Scranton, Valerie Arb (Jason Bevitt) of Topeka and Philip Parsons (Mitzie) of Scranton; and her sister Karen Utlaut of Marysville, Missouri.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Cross Road Community Church (512 Mason St, Scranton, KS 66537). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Lena Valley Cemetery.
