He was predeceased by: his parents, E. C. Mullendore III and Linda Mullendore-Arrington (Vance); and his grandparents, Gene, Kathleen Mullendore (Boren) and Edna Vance.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Grace, Kat, Twister Mullendore and Xavier Darnall; and his siblings, E. C. Mullendore IV, Eric Mullendore and Linda Goggans.
