He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. King and Ila King (Vaughn); his brother Kris King; his stepmother Elizabeth "Babe" King; and his nephew Todd Pike.
He is survived by: his siblings, John King of Winfield, Cindy Hanes of Winfield, Terry Pike (Rick) of Ashland and Sharon Palmer of Arkansas City; his siblings' children, Bryan Hanes, Brady Hanes, Scott Pike, Lori Palmer, Jesse Palmer, Riley King and Peyton King; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac Hanes, Caitlin Pike, Hudson Pike, Ashlyn Cain, Damian Cain and Jesslyn Palmer; Isaiah.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Service (4001 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156).
A memorial has been established in Paul's name for the Quivira Council, Scouting America. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
