She was predeceased by: her grandfather Phillip T Sadler III; her cousin Casey Thompson; her great-grandparents, Vernon and Phyllis Logan; and her grandmother Pat.
She is survived by: her parents, Carla Sadler (Johnny Kotek) and Joe Sadler; her siblings, Julian Perales and Alana Perales; her stepsisters, Krystina, Neveah and Angelina Kotek; her grandparents, Phyllis Sadler, Kay Anderson and Ed Fritts; her aunts and uncles, Vanessa Sadler, Krystal Balderas, Eva Bough, Andy Sadler and Jonathan Eli; and her cousins, Andres, Lilly, Angel Balderas and Pickett of Nevada.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the West Douglas Church of Christ (1924 W Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67203).
