He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hulsing and Ida Hulsing (Gellhaus); his daughter Teresa Dodd; his son-in-law James Dodd; and his siblings, Celestine "Sally" Hulsing, Emil Hulsing, Henry "Hank" Hulsing, Joseph "Joe" Hulsing, Henrietta Holthaus, Mary Stallbaumer, Florence Kohake, Mildred Kohake, Ida Rose Sextro, Elsa "Elsie" McGuire and Marcelline "Marcy" Meyer.
He is survived by: his wife Avis Kay Holland of Mary's Catholic; his children, Barb Luckeroth (Jay) of Topeka and John Hulsing (Carol) of Seneca; his granddaughters, Nichole Koch, Melissa Williamson, Kristina Buckhalter, Rachel Saunders, Hannah Cole, Kayla McLinn and Chloe Luckeroth; and his brother Victor "Bud" Hulsing. He is also survived by four great-grandsons, five great-granddaughters and another great-grandchild.
