He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Luckeroth and Patricia Bennett Luckeroth; his brother Jim Luckeroth of California; his siblings-in-law, Chuck Teeter of Arkansas, Donna Luckeroth of California and Terri Luckeroth of Centralia; his niece Amber Luckeroth of Centralia; and his nephews, Josiah Luckeroth of Centralia and Liam Rider of Seneca.

He is survived by: his children, Kelsey Luckeroth Kennedy of Seneca and Taylor Luckeroth of Palm Desert; his grandchildren, Sutton Kennedy and Layla Luckeroth; his siblings, Jackie Teeter of Fayetteville, AR, Tom Luckeroth (Lex) of Seneca, Kenny Luckeroth of Palm Desert, Dean Luckeroth of Centralia, KS and Joanie Abbey (Charlie) of Seneca; Kelly Luckeroth of Palm Desert.

Memorials may be given in Keith's memory for Nemaha Valley Community Hospital building fund.
