He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Anthony Huerter (Laura) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Courtney Fritze (Andrew) of Atlantic, Iowa; his stepson Matthew Murray of St. Joseph, Missouri; and his siblings, Daryl Huerter (Katy) of Topeka, Maurice Huerter (Rosie) of Riverside, Betty Ann Fischer (Ed) of Topeka and Lynn Huerter (Judy) of Silver Lake. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Kelly Heritage Fund and sent in care of the family.
