It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nila Elizabeth Marteney of Seneca, Kansas, who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Fred Marteney; her siblings, Norman Heuppelheuser, Delores Hartung, Lula Wetzel and Nola Rinne; and her son-in-law Harlan Frey, Jr..

She is survived by : her children, Linda Frey of Du Bois, Jan Marteney of Seneca, Kansas and Donna Eisenbarth of Seneca, Kansas. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
