We announce the death of Rodney Joseph Noble of Seneca, Kansas, who passed away on August 29, 2026, at the age of 74. Rodney will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Rodney will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Rodney’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Keith and Beulah Maye Noble (Bauman); and his brother Eldon Keith Noble. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Elise Austin of Seneca; and his sister Sharon Ann Austin of Topeka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Lauer Funeral Home (212 S 4th St, Seneca, KS 66538).
Memorials may be given in Joe's memory to the American Legion Riders in Seneca or the American Cancer Society and may be sent in care of the family.
