Sarah Alveda Heideman Obituary

We announce the death of Sarah Alveda Heideman of Seneca, Kansas, who passed away on July 20, 2026, at the age of 88. Sarah Alveda will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin C. Myers and Oretha Sarah Myers (Miller); her granddaughter Jennifer Stallbaumer; and her great grandchild Preston Wichman. She is survived by: her husband Donald Heideman (Peter); and her children, Sherly Betts of Seneca, Jan Stallbaumer (Rick) of Tecumseh, Mike Heideman (Lisa Schmitz) of Seneca and Mark Heideman of Meriden. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and friends.

Memorials are to be designated at a later date and may be sent in care of the family.
