He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Wilcox. He is survived by: his mother Francie Wilcox (Halloran) of Silver Lake, Kansas.; his son William E. Wilcox of Topeka; his sister Renee van Norel; his brother-in-law Wiljan van Norel; his sibling's child Nico; and his close friends, Brittany Barnard of Silver Lake and Joey Boaldin of Columbia.
