She was predeceased by: her parents, Hylas Blankenship and Doris Blankenship (Sloyer); her husband Raymond Freed; her brothers, Paul Blankenship and Gale Blankenship; and her children-in-law, Ronald May and Kelly Freed.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl May, Rhonda Majka (Joe) and Randy Freed; her brother Gerald Blankenship (Joy); and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Blankenship and Carolyn Blankenship. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Silver Lake First Baptist Church (3439 NW Hoch Rd, Silver Lake, KS 66539). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
