It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale K. Prochaska of Simpson, Kansas, born in Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Prochaska and Dorothy Prochaska; and his sister Henrietta Brunnemer. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Chris and Gary Mosher (Sarah); his wife Nora Powers Mosher; his children, Christine Emporia (Fred) and Adam Beloit (Jodi); his brothers, Ivan Prochaska Beloit (Gloria), Don Prochaska Glasco (Kathy) and Kent Prochaska Glasco; his brother-in-law J. D. Brunner Plainville; his sisters, Avis Henning Jamestown (Marvin) and Gwen Boudreaux Beloit; his grandchildren, John Mosher Glen (Sabrina), Jeremy Mosher Beloit, Jayden Mosher Beloit, Alexander Mosher Castle Rock, Ryker Mosher Castle Rock, Rachel Jones Emporia and Tabitha Tatmen Eldorado; and his great grandchildren, Everleigh, Maverick, Nash and Owen Glen Elder.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
