Though Bernard Nelson may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bernard Nelson touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Johnson and Louise Carle; his stepfather Ralph Carle; his siblings, Cathy Jennings and Daniel Carle; and his brother-in-law Jerry Jennings.
He is survived by: his siblings, Garth Carle (Colleen), Barbara Baetz, Irene Brocka (Chuck), Esther Brown, Sandy Leach (Don) and Kristy Lange. He is also survived by Nephews, Nieces, and almost as many friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant View Cemetery (2805 Q Rd, Beloit, KS 67420).
