She is survived by: her sister Sharon Macklin of Smith Center, KS; her sister-in-law Pat Supak (Chaffin) of Bryan, TX; her daughters, Roxanne Converse-Whiting (Memory) of Gothenburg, NE and Melanie Schlatter (Marion) of Lebanon, KS; her grandchildren, Kim Jorgenson (Alex), AJ Whiting (Dallin) of Stillwater, OK, Tyler Whiting of Phoenix, AZ, Abigail Schlatter of Smith Center, KS, Nathan "Leonard" Schlatter of Smith Center, KS, Jonny Schlatter of Smith Center, KS, Ethan Schlatter of Smith Center, KS, Zach Schlatter of Smith Center, KS and Asher Schlatter of Smith Center, KS; her great grandchildren, Bowe, Baker Jorgenson of Gothenburg, NE and Ledger Whiting of Stillwater, OK.; her son-in-law Jeff Whiting of Gothenburg, NE; and her sibling's children, Sharolyn Valdez of Weldona, CO, Harvey Macklin (Kim) of Mountain City, TN and Chris Chaffin (Amber) of Aurora, CO. She is also survived by other family members including great nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to benefit veterans through Peace Mountain Ranch, a ministry started by Gloria's nephew, Harvey.
