He is survived by: his children, Rita Johnson (Dick) and Loren Jacobs (Deb); his grandchildren, Jeana Parker (Brad), Jeremy Jacobs and Jess Jacobs (Katie); his great grandchildren, Noah, Gabe and Noreece Parker; his grandsons, Joe, Matt, Josh, Ben and John Luke Jacobs; and his sister-in-law Velda Kuhlman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
