He is survived by: his mother Connie Jo Leslie (Birdsell) of Gaylord, KS; his daughters, Annie Leslie of Gaylord, KS, Jamie Leslie of Great Bend, KS, Jessica Leslie of Gaylord, KS and Abbigail Leslie of Gaylord, KS; his grandchildren, Trey Zeiters of Great Bend, KS and Evee Craig of Gaylord, KS; his sister Paula Leslie of Smith Center, KS; and his nephews, Nicholas, Anthony, Austen and Elijah Jones of Smith Center, KS.
Memorial contributions may be given to the James Leslie Memorial Fund and can be sent in care of the mortuary.
