He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Borgmann and Anna Borgmann (Hermanns); his wife Stella; his siblings, Milford and Lois; his brother-in-law Don Keller; his brother Orville; his sister-in-law Beverly; and his son-in-law Henry Ring.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Peterson (Dennis) of Salina, KS, Lucinda Ring (Tim) of Augusta, KS and Rhonda Wright (Jon) of Lincoln, KS; his grandchildren, Travis Peterson (Jayme), Leslie Ring, Andrea Ring, Brian Ring (Jessie), Jonna Wright (Cody) and Katie Graham (Nathaniel); his great grandchildren, Tanner, Tucker Peterson, Kiara, Tyrice, Sier Ring, Nash, Colt, Kace Ring, Tayten and Paislee Graham; his great great grandchild Marcel Ring; and his adoptive son Lee Oliver.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rentschler Family Mortuaries Simmons-Rentschler Mortuary (116 W 1st St, Smith Center, KS 66967). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church - Athol (20012 J Rd, Athol, KS 66932).
