We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2025, at the age of 89, Sherry Bock (Smith Center, Kansas), born in Hutchinson, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur D. Chidester and Edna I. Chidester (Wickendoll); her husband Bill; her daughter Sandra Blankenbaker; her grandsons, Andrew Bock and Joshua Simmelink; her parents-in-law, Vera and Neil Bock; her sister Marilyn (Willis Rousey); and her siblings-in-law, Eula, Wayne Merrill Thompson, Lloyd, LaVerne Bock, Raymond Griffith, Ruth Griffith Phillipsburg and Donna.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Wayne (Dick), Robert Allan (Tad) and Laura Susan (Vernon); her aunt Carol Bock; her children, Bill, Ellsworth, Salina and Rhonda Atwood (Roy); her grandchildren, Erica, Crystal, Jessica, Jason, Mary, Carissa, Jordan, Evan, Lane, Michaela and Jeremy; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Whitley, Elijah, Jaxon, Miyah, Violet, Izayah, Levi, Ava, Eva, Beau, Briggs, Weston, Kamryn, Luka, Kooper and Emma; her great great grandchildren, Jackson, Samuel and Bailee; and her brother-in-law Forrest Holliday.
Memorials may be given to the Sherry Dee Bock Memorial Fund and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
