She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Paul and Esther Carper (Noble); her husband Jim; her siblings, Gerald Carper (Elsie), Edna Kattenberg (Ernie), Don Carper (Lorene), Delbert Carper (Lois), Mary Keifer (Wayne) and Ivan Carper (Norma); her siblings-in-law, Bill Frankin, Shirley Carper and Joan McElfresh; and her brother Owen.
She is survived by : her children, Ken Franklin (Sondra), Dale Franklin (Kathy), Shirley Merritt (Randy) and Judy Deaver (Daniel); her grandchildren, Laci Schrant (Ben), Erik Franklin (Kathy Vrbas), Tiffany Rietzke (Ryan), John Franklin (Jennie), Clint Merritt (Sara), Jennifer Karnatz (Brent), April Kientz (Eric), Kelsey Myers (Jeremy), Danielle Casey (Jeremy), Drew Deaver and Alex Deaver; and her siblings-in-law, Don McElfresh and Aldean Franklin. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
