She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophia A. Einhaus (Goracke) and Lawrence W. Einhaus; her husband Elwin L. Meehan; her daughter-in-law LeAnn Meehan (Carrick); and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Meehan, Phyllis Sweany and Wilma Ecton.
She is survived by: her son Mitch of Ames, IA; her grandchildren, Rachael Meehan (Elijah Dahlstrom) and Ryan Meehan; and her brother Larry (Beverly Einhaus). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
