With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Sanko of Spearville, Kansas, who passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo W. Sanko and Alice A. Sanko (James); and his son Johnny Sanko. He is survived by : his former life partner Judy Clark; his wife Pat Leith; his children, Jay (Sandy) of Loyal, WI, Jerry (Tammie) of Stafford, KS, Robert Headrick of Olathe, KS and Amanda Bittel (Scheon) of Spearville, KS; and his sisters, Mary (Charles Hattrup) of Manhattan, KS and Caroline Hendrick of Libertyville, IL. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
