He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ross Forsberg and Wilma Mae Forsberg (Shannon). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sawyer; his children, Nicholas Jon Forsberg and Bethany Michelle Reynolds (Dustin); his sister Janet Linn Kellogg; and his grandchildren, Alexander Forsberg, Rylie Reynolds, Reagan Reynolds and Jackson Ross Reynolds.
