He was predeceased by: his father David Alan Hopkins Senior; and his brothers, Douglas Hopkins and Steve L. Hopkins. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Yvonne Hopkins (Reynolds); his wife Julie Anne Hopkins (Johnson) of Spring Hill; his children, David Cole Hopkins and Katheleen Rose Hopkins (Katie) of Spring Hill; his son-in-law Steven M.
