With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margie Dell Godfrey of Spring Hill, Kansas, born in Tonganoxie, Kansas, who passed away on December 24, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pickens and Marguiritte Pickens (Maxwell); her husband Clifford Wayne Godfrey; her half-brother Robert Pickens; her brothers, Perry Pickens, Larry Pickens and Jerry Pickens; her half-sister Roberta; and her sisters, Carla Pickens and Carrie Johnson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Skahan (John) of Olathe and Lori Winsler (Jerry) of Gardner, Kansas; her grandchildren, Amanda Goldsmith (DeShawn), Draven Sleet, Cassandra Winsler, Samantha Winsler and Joseph Winsler; her great grandchildren, Tiana Goldsmith, Nahla Acquaye and Deja Goldsmith; and her brother Chester Pickens of McLouth, Kansas..
