He is survived by: his children, Lisa Cantrell (Jon) of Midland, TX, Vance Hornbaker (Schianne) of Lewis, Shelly Berens (David) of Stafford, Danny Hornbaker of Loveland, CO, Jennifer Krug (Eric) of El Dorado and Todd Hornbaker (Kim) of Mulvane; his wife Ramona Irene Spoon of Stafford; and his siblings, Norman Hornbaker of Keller and Jeanette Matthews of Montgomery, Texas..
