She is survived by: her husband Larry Proffitt of Sterling, KS; her daughters, Debra Wiebe (Curt) of Sterling, KS and Cynthia Peters (Doug) of Little River, KS; her brothers, Ronnie Darling of Alden, KS and Curt Darling (Cindy) of Alden, KS; her siblings-in-law, Lonnie Lewis of Scott City, KS and Janice Darling of Sterling, KS; her grandchildren, Brenna Winn (Brandon) of Sterling, KS, Derek Wiebe (Megan) of Hutchinson, KS, Jaime Kearney (Ryan) of Overland Park, KS, Laramie Peters (Darby) of Salina, KS and Allie Thomas (Hunter) of Salina, KS; and her great grandchildren, Morgan Winn, Rylie Winn, Ridge Wiebe, Tate Wiebe, Perri Kearney, Pierce Kearney, Sutton Peters and Scottlyn Peters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of Reno County in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
