Donna left this world on February 9, 2026 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ruark and Bessie Ruark (Watson); her husband Ernest Lackey; her siblings, Charles Ruark Jr., Ira Ruark, Bill Ruark, Bessie Reimon and Maxine Jones; and her son-in-law Dennis Terrell.
She is survived by: her children, Lowen Lackey (Sherry) of Sterling, KS, Donna Terrell, Jeanne Frederick (Richard), Lynette Kelso (Phil) and Tammy Lackey (Keith Thompson). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
