She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene M. and Mary L. Frank (Sampson); her husband John Ray Hamby; her son Abel Hamby; her sister Regina Lynch; and her great grandchild Kyra Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Elva Mitchell of Ellinwood, KS, Kevin Hamby (Jennifer) of Great Bend, KS and Connie Jenks (Jack) of Ellinwood, KS.. She is also survived by Grandchildren and multiple Great-Grandchildren.
