Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Paul for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Bertha Schweizer (Zimmerman) and Albert Schweizer; and his brother John David Schweizer. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Schweizer; and his children, Dan Schweizer (Cindy) of Sterling, Shirley Depew (Dennis) of Neodesha, Ruth Price (Dan) of Foss, OK and Diane Edwards of Gilbert, AZ. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Wycliffe Bible Translators or Great Plains Antique Tractor Club (to support scholarship funds for agriculture and ag-diesel students), in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
