She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton M. Quinn and Geneva M. Quinn (Childers); her husband Edgar Lee "Eddie" Fulton; her son Michael Scott Fulton; and her stepmother Myrtle.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Fulton (Judy) of Little Rock, AR and Todd Fulton of Sterling, KS; her brother Mike Quinn (Marlene) of Fenwick Island, DE; her grandchildren, Hannah Craig (Steven) of Hugoton, KS and Kyra Devenney (Tyler) of Amarillo, TX; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Craig, Ivory Devenney and Alister Devenney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Sterling College Football in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
