Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kay Fulcher of Stilwell, Kansas, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 77, on July 25, 2022. She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis Axline and Helen Axline; and her cousin Linda McGoldrick. She is survived by : her husband Dale Fulcher; her children, Lori Jacobs (Tom) and John Kelsh (Debra); her grandchildren, Connor, Derek, Emma Jacobs, Katie Dempsey (Colin), John Kelsh (Lauren) and Brett Kelsh; her great grandchild Maclaine Dempsey; and her stepdaughters, Kim Tipton, Jill Beal (Ray) and Jodie Foster (Daniel).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials made to American Cancer Society in memory of Kay.
