He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Henry Stoppel and Clara Estelle Stoppel (Hayfliger). He is survived by: his wife Susan Stoppel of Shawnee, KS; his children, Jill Stoppel-Davis (André) of Lenexa, KS and Jeff Stoppel (Courtney) of Kansas City, KS; his grandchildren, Jace Davis and Jailyn Sinclair (Grant) of Shawnee, KS; and his brothers, Gerald Stoppel (Susan) of Sublette, KS and Allen Stoppel of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
