He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Parker and Phyllis Parker; his daughters, Kristine Brown of Sylvia, Terri Parker of Oklahoma and Shelley Osenbaugh (Gerald) of Langdon; his sisters, Elaine Pulliam of Hutchinson and Kay Nichols of Hutchinson; his son Scott; and his brother James.
