She is survived by: her parents, David Alan Kewish and Nancy Jean Smiley; her children, Eric Shelton, Destiny Johnson, Jacob and Starr; her grandchildren, Bailey, Asher and Grayson; her sister Dawn Davis; and her friends, Glen Osenbaugh, Shayla Osenbaugh and Dalton Osenbaugh.
