He was predeceased by: his parents, Dovie J. Goodwin and Hazel M. Goodwin (Nettelton). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Debra Forman (Chuck), Leah Schwab (Dwaine), Melinda Thomas (Walt) and Stanley Sexton (Jennie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
