He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Snoe and Edith Snoe (Gillespie); his son Rick Dewayne; and his brother Michael Snoe. He is survived by: his wife Janet (Thomas-Edmonds); his siblings, Leon (Diane), Daniel, Linda Bruggeman and Kathy Price; his daughter Laura Ann "Lori" Freeman; and his stepson Daniel Edmonds (Audrey).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dove Cremations & Funerals - Southeast (2843 SE Minnesota Ave, Topeka, KS 66605). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dove Southeast Chapel (2843 SE Minnesota Ave, Topeka, KS 66605).
