She is survived by: her husband Richard Smolik; her children, Ken Smolik (Kris) of Great Bend, Gerald Smolik of Timken and Mary Bieker (Darrell) of Great Bend; her grandchildren, Scott Smolik (Cassie), Michael Smolik (Kendyll), Michala Bieker and Emma Bieker; her great grandchildren, Olivia Smolik, Connor Smolik and Levi Smolik; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kadyn Schmidt, Carsyn Berggren, Brock Berggren and McKoy Berggren.
