She was predeceased by : her mother Lola Pitts. She is survived by : her husband Larry Smith; and her children, Donnie Smith (Brenda) of Ottawa, KS, David Smith of Tonganoxie, KS and Kathy McKitrick (Troy). She is also survived by Eight grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations in her name to the Leavenworth Animal Welfare Society.
