She is survived by: her husband Phillip W. Marlow; her daughters, Deborah Shields of Tonganoxie and Julie Marlow-Pitts (Scott) of Bonner Springs, Kansas; her grandchildren, Blake Shields (Carla), Sara Shields, Brad Shields, PJ Koetting (Alexandria), Maxwell Boude and Liv Boude; her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Apolonia and Tripp; her stepgrandchildren, Jordan Pitts, Michael Pitts, Cody Pitts, Elizabeth Pitts (Braxton) and Victoria Pitts; and her siblings, John Kern (Marsha) of La Cygne, Kansas, Rex Kern (Connie) of Missouri, Joel Straub of Torrance, California, Gary Straub (Kim) of Palo Alto, California and Suzy Grover (Gary) of Oregon.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrington Family Event Center (218 Oak St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
