She is survived by: her sister Nancy Gripkey; and her children, Michael McCarty (Marty), Patrick McCarty, Gary McCarty (Amy), Denise Gier (Craig) and Vicki Smith (Dennis). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
