He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Palmer; and his sister Anne Barrett. He is survived by: his children, Justin Palmer (Cara), Garrett Palmer (Christy) and Rachael Winter (Brandon); his grandchildren, Serenity Winter, Bodhi Winter, Tallis Palmer, Ender Palmer, Kaden Palmer and Braxton Palmer; his siblings, Betsy Gross (Pete) and Mike Palmer (Cathy) of Indianapolis, IN; and his niece Amy Rafalko (Mark).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cancer Research Institute or Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Tonganoxie, KS.
