With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Valdez of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on June 2, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alice Valdez to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Panfilo Toledo and Jacinta Toledo (Lopez); her husband Raymond Valdez; her daughter Elosia Valdez; her siblings, Leonard Toledo, Tony Toledo, Margaret Lopez, Esperanza Barajas and Virginia Toledo; and her son-in-law Michael Adame.
She is survived by: her children, Rita A. Hinterwiger of Topeka, Gloria Adame of Topeka, Veronica Plakio (Kimo) of Topeka, Angela Dougan (William) of Topeka and Ronald Valdez (Jacquline) of Topeka; and her sisters, Ophelia Ortiz of Topeka and Angie Serrano of Topeka. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; and 26 great- great grandchildren.
