He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan R. Ewing and Elizabeth "Betty" Ewing (Abels). He is survived by: his children, Christopher Hazlett (Jessica) of Shawnee, Robert Hazlett (Traci) of Prior Lake and Ryan Hazlett of Topeka; and his brother Stan Hazlett of Lawrence, Kansas.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
