She was predeceased by: her parents, Level Von Chamberlin Sr. and Charlotte Bass Chamberlin; and her sister Regina Pearl Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Marnisa Johnson-Box (Stanley) and Damian Box (Audrey); and her brothers, Gregory Lynn Chamberlin and Level Von Chamberlin Jr.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
