He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Frederick and Ida Mae Koehlar (Smith); and his wife Iris Jean Custer. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Curtis (Leslie) of Abilene, KS and Barbara Troupe (Ken Burkey) of Mayetta, KS; his grandsons, Joshua Curtis (Carisa), Blaine Curtis (Dawn) and Nathan Curtis (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Ariana McCoy (Ridge), Adeline Curtis and Declan Curtis; his great great grandchild Myles McCoy; his nieces and nephews, Jack Koehlar (Lori), Jackie Koehlar, Mona Benton and Stephanie Barnett (Mark); and his great-nephew Jason Benton.
