It is with sadness that the passing of Arthur Palmer in Topeka, Kansas is shared. Arthur, born on November 18, 1938, passed away on June 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O. Palmer and Mary Palmer (Whitney); his brother Carl Palmer; and his son John R. Palmer. He is survived by: his daughters, Audri S. Mays (Eugene) and Stacy Stephens Beckett (William); his stepdaughters, Richelle Hawks (Stephen Wagner) and Melanie Hawks; his grandchildren, Paige Medlock (Kent), Maree Ritter (Patrick Terry), William Arthur "Will" Beckett (Anna), Tyler R. Palmer, John James "Jack" Beckett, Brooke Beckett and Tierney Cyren; his great grandchildren, Chloe Medlock, Mackenzi "Mac" Medlock, Maya Holding, Harper Medlock, Arthur Beckett and George Beckett; and his niece Whitney Griggs (Alan).
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Elmdale Stoehr G. A. R. Cemetery (1067 Middle Creek Rd, Elmdale, KS 66850).
